Hands-On Experience
Expect extensive hands-on practice throughout the course. We believe that the best way to master IAM tools and processes is by actually using them. During the training, you’ll work with a cloud-based lab environment to simulate real-world IAM tasks.
For example, you will create and manage users in a practice Active Directory domain, configure SSO and MFA in an Okta trial environment, and secure privileged accounts using a Delinea PAM vault. Each module’s lab is carefully designed to reinforce the concepts taught in class.
Beyond the guided in-session labs, you’ll also have access to additional exercises to try on your own. These practical challenges mirror scenarios you’ll face on the job – like troubleshooting access issues, implementing least privilege for a given use-case, or responding to an audit request.
By completing the course, you won’t just know IAM in theory; you will have performed the key tasks hands-on, giving you the confidence to handle identity management in a real production environment.
